The incorporation of artificial intelligence (AI) into our working lives is opening up new possibilities – not only in science, but also in administration and management. HIDA's course series ‘AI in Administration and Management’ imparts future-oriented knowledge that prepares employees for an increasingly digital future with AI-supported technologies.
Artificial intelligence (AI) and data-based approaches offer enormous opportunities to optimize work processes, tackle challenges in a targeted manner, and automate recurring tasks. AI-supported technologies can be used in almost all administrative and management tasks – from controlling and human resources to IT services, communication and transfer, as well as project planning, coordination or strategic processes in the scientific or administrative staff of the centers.
With the “AI in Administration & Management” course series, HIDA is expanding its portfolio and targeting employees from the administration and management of the Helmholtz Association. The aim is to support employees from different areas and levels in the transformation towards an increasingly AI-supported administration by providing needs-based training opportunities.
To impart the necessary skills, HIDA will rely on internal and external experts in the Helmholtz Association in the planned courses in this series.
The courses will be held in German.
